SECURITY DEPOSIT:

- A $1,500 security deposit (refundable) is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Your security deposit will not be deposited unless items are missing and/or damage is done. Your security check will either be destroyed or returned thirty (30) days after your departure date.
