The only things you need to bring are the groceries and your clothes – all the cooking utensils, the outdoor grill, lawn furniture are provided. Inside the tastefully decorated 4 year old cottage you’ll find a fridge, microwave, 4 burner gas stove and oven, washer & dryer as well as 4 TVs. It’s waiting just for you!

PEAK SEASON RATES:

• JULY and AUGUST $1,500 a week
• Full weeks ONLY during Peak Season

OFF-SEASON RATES:

• Spring Rate: $650 a week (Starts April 15)
• Weekday Rate: $185 a night (3 Day Minimum)
• Weekend Rate: $225 a night (3 Day Minimum)
• Holiday Weekend: $850 for whole weekend

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

• ALL RESERVATIONS (Full Week, Weekday, Weekends) are subject to a security deposit
• A $750 security deposit (refundable) is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Your security deposit will not be deposited unless items are missing and/or damage is done. Your security check will either be destroyed or returned thirty (30) days after your departure date.
• A copy of your driver’s license is also required with a signed contract
